We can do this by altering our daily routines and spiritual connection to focus our attention on the things or work we enjoy doing the most, which will help us grow our businesses and enhance our lives.

1. Gratitude Exercise: Write down three things you are grateful for

What is Gratitude and what am I supposed to do with it? Every day, write down three things you’re grateful for to practice gratitude. Every night before bed, make a gratitude list of 5 to 10 things that made you happy that day. Not only monetary goods or external situations should be noted, but also things like rain after a long drought or a wonderful chat with someone you care about.

Because you shift from a place of lack to one of abundance, gratitude boosts your vibration.

Stop thinking and start feeling instead.

The more you think, the more crowded your world becomes – and the less content you become. So, if you’re having a conversation with yourself rather than with another person, put an end to it!

Practice being present in the moment.

2. Begin to love yourself

Start loving yourself by treating yourself the way you want to be treated, not the other way around. Replace any negative ideas or feelings about other people with positive ones.

Love is one of the most powerful vibratory states of being (ranked fourth on Hawkins’ scale of awareness) and can help you get out of even the toughest situations. When you open your heart to love, your vitality will fly.

3. Be of service

Have they thought of being generous whenever you are stingy with love or money. Make a list of all the ways you’re cheap and how you’d feel if you were more generous. It does not have to be about money; it might be about donating your time, energy, or other resources.

6. Forgive yourself and others

It’s fine to forgive someone for their behavior (not the person), but don’t trust or forgive them personally; trust and Forgiveness come with time. Meanwhile, you can move up the scale by somewhat forgiving. Accept that someone has betrayed your trust and forgive them for their actions, but don’t let them back in completely…yet.

The first thing that comes to mind when you think of Forgiveness is a relationship in which you have been deceived or badly injured by someone. Self-forgiveness, on the other hand, is as crucial. Self-judgment, remorse, and low self-esteem all deplete your energy system by isolating you from it.

Be cautious when it comes to Forgiveness because it carries a strong emotional force.

7. Learn to be patient

Before replying to someone who irritates or annoys you, take a deep breath to begin practicing patience. Wait 24 hours before responding to an irritating email.

8. Consume actual food straight from the Source

Carefully select your foods. Junk food, quick food, and modern society’s culinary joys are unreal. They were created in a lab by clever people who know how to get you to buy more than your body requires.

9. Get rid of any toxins in your body, including alcohol

Drink in moderation if you must. Because alcohol is a toxin, you should consume it in moderation. On the other hand, your body must be clean if you want to enhance your vibration.

10. Get regular exercise

13. Listen to and watch high-vibe music, television, books, and movies

According to studies, viewing high-vibe TV (such as humor) can improve your mood, while watching sad or scary shows can make you feel worse. The same may be said for music. Choose music with lyrics that evoke pleasant feelings or 432 Hz, such as gratitude and admiration, when listening to it.

At home and work, I listen to upbeat music. Your ideas and moods are influenced by music. According to studies, listening to classical music can help you be more creative than up-tempo dance music.

The same may be said for literature.

14. Create a beautiful environment for oneself

15. Take a stroll outside

Try spending an hour a day in nature, where you’ll be exposed to new scents and sights while also refreshing your thoughts.

16. Make certain that your friendships are thriving

Make sure your friendships are thriving and not exhausting or unfulfilling. If not, have an open and honest conversation with your friends about how they make you feel and ask for their help in making you happier.
