According to the definition by Dr. Masaru Emoto, vibrational escrow means that your hopes, dreams, and aspirations are stored in something called a repository. The repository contains all that you have asked for, but have not yet received in the material world.
One way to think about your vibrational escrow is as something like a seed sown in the ground.
The seed already possesses all of the potentials for becoming manifest, but it has not yet begun to develop into the actual form. The seed is stored away until the time comes when the conditions are favorable for it to sprout into concrete form.
For this reason, we have something called primary goals and secondary goals.

Dr. Masaru Emoto was the one who came up with the idea of a vibrational escrow in the first place. Masaru Emoto was a Japanese businessman and researcher specializing in water. He asserted that human awareness had the potential to alter the atomic structure of water molecules. His book “The Hidden Messages in Water,” which was published in 2004, was a big seller on the New York Times book list.
